  • You’ll generally receive your box overnight (or within 2 days for rural).
  • We send out orders on Monday through Thursday for residential or business addresses and Monday through Wednesday for Rural Delivery. This excludes public holidays.

    You can cook straight from frozen or defrost in the fridge overnight. Trays are both oven and microwave safe - just don’t let the foil touch the microwave walls.
