Frequently asked questions

How much should we order?

Plan on one family tray for every four to five people. For younger children, you may get 5–6 servings per tray.

Do you cater to allergies?

Yes, we offer gluten‑free, dairy‑free and vegetarian meals. Let us know about any specific allergies when ordering.

How far in advance should we order?

For camps or large events, we recommend ordering at least two weeks in advance to ensure availability. Short‑notice orders may be possible—contact us to check.

Is cutlery included?

We don’t include cutlery with our trays. Please make your own arrangements for plates and utensils.
