How long will these meals last in the freezer?

Up to 6 months. Our snap freezing process preserves flavour and safety.

Can I reheat from frozen or do I need to thaw first?

You can heat straight from frozen (just increase time). Thawing overnight helps reduce cooking time.

Are your trays microwave-safe and oven-safe?

Yes. Our trays are designed for both microwave and oven use.

Do your meals come with sides, or do I need to add vegetables and salads?

Most of our trays are designed as “complete” meals. You can add extra sides if you like, but they work on their own

Is there a minimum order quantity?

There’s no strict minimum—you can order just one tray if needed. But many customers make value by ordering multiples.
