- You’ll generally receive your box overnight (or within 2 days for rural).
- Same day delivery available for Whangārei if you order before 11am.
- We send out orders on Monday through Thursday (excluding public holidays).
- When they arrive with you, just put them straight into your freezer until you’re ready to eat them.

Storage
Store meals in the freezer for up to 6 months. We snap-freeze them for freshness and test every shipment to make sure they arrive cold and safe.

Heating Instructions
You can cook straight from frozen or defrost in the fridge overnight. Trays are both oven and microwave safe - just don’t let the foil touch the microwave walls.

Recycling
Wool liners can go in the compost or garden. Gel packs? Drop us a line if you want to return them and we’ll send you a return envelope. Cardboard is fully recyclable in your council recycle bin.
