  • You’ll generally receive your box overnight (or within 2 days for rural).
  • Same day delivery available for Whangārei if you order before 11am.
  • We send out orders on Monday through Thursday (excluding public holidays).
  • When they arrive with you, just put them straight into your freezer until you’re ready to eat them.

    Store meals in the freezer for up to 6 months. We snap-freeze them for freshness and test every shipment to make sure they arrive cold and safe.

  • Heating Instructions

    You can cook straight from frozen or defrost in the fridge overnight. Trays are both oven and microwave safe - just don’t let the foil touch the microwave walls.

  • Recycling

    Wool liners can go in the compost or garden. Gel packs? Drop us a line if you want to return them and we’ll send you a return envelope. Cardboard is fully recyclable in your council recycle bin.
